Susan Bright is UK Managing Partner and Global Managing Partner for Diversity & Inclusion and Responsible Business at Hogan Lovells. 

In that role, she has championed the development of a comprehensive wellbeing programme, including launching the ground-breaking City-wide "This is me" campaign within the firm, and securing recognition as one of the top ten law firms for wellbeing and mental health.
