  Role summary:

We are seeking a motivated candidate to provide PA support primarily to the CEO, Director of Strategy & Operations, and ad-hoc support to the Executive Team. The CMHA team works remotely and this role will be home based with trips into London and other UK locations for in-person team meetings and events.  This role will report to the CEO but will work closely across the CMHA Executive Team.

  Primary Responsibilities:

  • Management of CEO diary, organising meetings and appointments
    • Booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation
  • Diary support for Director, Strategy & Operations
  • Dealing with email correspondence on behalf of CEO and management of email filing
  • Attending Board and Advisory Group meetings as note-taker and preparation of agenda and minutes and managing electronic filing of Board and Advisory Group papers
  • Set-up of weekly (Zoom) and monthly in-person Exec Team meetings, including preparation of agenda and summary of actions

Other Responsibilities:

  • General administration support for CEO & Exec Team
  • Diary management for large meetings including sending invitations (e.g. working groups), plus ad-hoc diary management for Executive Team
  • Updating website and social media accounts
    • Typing, compiling and preparing reports, presentations and correspondence
  • Management and action of CMHA mailbox enquires
  • Supporting Exec Team with event administration

Required skills and experience:

    • Proven work experience as a Personal Assistant
    • Strong diary management experience
    • Experience of working with people at senior levels
    • Experience of working in a professional environment with corporate organisations
    • Strong IT skills (Word, Excel, PP, GSuite)
    • Excellent attention to detail
    • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
    • Works with discretion and confidentiality
