 Chartered Clinical Psychologist and Coach

Emma was educated at Oxford University and completed her clinical training at University College London. She has over 20 years experience working with adults, young people and families, within the NHS and private sector.  Emma uses a flexible and collaborative coaching approach to help women in the workplace to achieve the change they want.  This may be support during key transition points such as returning from maternity leave or going for a promotion.  It may be achieving greater balance between home and work life.  It may be negotiating the particular challenges that you face in the workplace.  Whatever your goal, Emma draws on a range of therapies and approaches according to each client’s specific needs. Emma works with people experiencing a broad range of different challenges including mental health difficulties such as anxiety and depression. Emma supports and empowers people to achieve balance, resilience and fulfilment.
